24 Member States Official DirectivesFor the 24 SST member states (such as Washington, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Michigan, Arkansas, Indiana, Nevada, etc.), tax rates and boundary definitions are synced directly from official SST quarterly and monthly rate schedules.
State Revenue & Taxation Departments
Non-SST Jurisdictions Official SourcesFor independent state taxing authorities (California CDTFA, New York DTF, Texas Comptroller, Florida DOR, Illinois IDOR, Pennsylvania DOR, etc.), data is parsed directly from state publication bulletins, city/county rate files, and special tax district registers.
US Census Bureau & Postal Geographic Standards
FIPS Spatial Mapping & CoordinatesCounty boundaries, municipal incorporation limits, latitude/longitude centroids, and Census FIPS codes are aligned with US Census Bureau TIGER/Line geographic shapefiles.
🔄 Monthly Sync & Quality Control Pipeline
